Scott Allen Witmer, 44, was recently arrested for DUI (driving under the influence). A Pennsylvania judge states he will not be released from jail until he gets a mental examination. This is because Witmer says, “Courts have no control over me because I am my own country.” He also stated in the courtroom, “I live inside myself, not in Pennsylvania.” He thinks there is no victim in this crime. Witmer appeared in court and was released on original bail. “I didn’t mean to waste the court’s time, I felt I had the right to see it through,” He said while on trial. People think he realizes he was misplaced.
